M. B. Kahn is proud to announce that Mallory Baldwin has earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification by the HR Certification Institute.

The PHR designation demonstrate the certificant's successful completion of a comprehensive examination that assesses generalist knowledge of the HR field, including business management and strategy, workforce planning and employment, HR development, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, and occupational health, safety, and security. Candidates must not only pass the exams but also document practical exempt(professional)-level HR work experience to be eligible for any of the four designations.
