M. B. Kahn Constructs Tru Hotel May 10, 2017

In March, M. B. Kahn began construction on the Tru Hotel in Fayetteville, North Carolina.  Tru is Hilton’s new, affordable brand which targets younger travelers. According to Hilton, Tru avoids the “bland” and “cookie-cutter” approach to hotel design, and will be the chain’s 13th brand — marking its re-entry into the mid-scale hotel marketplace.  The new 48,004-square-foot, 4-story Tru Hotel will feature 110 rooms and will be the first hotel of this brand constructed by M. B. Kahn.  We are working with architects Craig A. Otto, Architect, Inc. in association with John P. Watkins, Architect on this exciting project.
