Timbering Starts at 95 Inland Port Logistics Center January 10, 2020

M. B. Kahn has commenced timbering for the new 95 Inland Port Logistics Center in Dillon, South Carolina. The 373,000 square foot warehouse will feature insulated precast walls, 50-foot bay spacing with 60-foot speed bays at the docks, and truck docks along one side. If you are traveling to the fast-growing Dillon area, check out our progress immediately off of I-95 near Exit 190. We expect to complete this project in the fall for our client, an affiliate of Equus Capital Partners.
