Yesterday we were honored to attend the County of Lexington official ribbon-cutting for the Saxe Gotha Industrial Park Speculative Building – the newest Class A industrial space to hit the SC market! Standing at 104,000 SF (expandable to 195,000 SF) on nearly 17 acres within the booming Saxe Gotha Industrial Park in West Columbia, this building offers a strategic position for industry and commerce and is sure to impress prospective end users.
