July 8, 2022 Guilford I-40 Industrial Center Groundbreaking
We have officially broken ground on the Guilford I-40 Industrial Center in Greensboro, NC! The new 340,750 SF speculative building will have a 7″ concrete slab, insulated precast wall panels, conventional steel framing, R-20 TPO roof system, and 46 dock positions. We anticipate completion in the 2nd quarter of 2023.
