Groundbreaking in Punta Gorda, FL August 23, 2022

We have broken ground on a new 378,000 square foot speculative warehouse in Punta Gorda, FL. This building will include a 7″ concrete slab, insulated precast wall panels, R-20 TPO roof system, and 38 dock positions. The project features a unique precast underground stormwater detention system due to its proximity to the gulf coast. The project is slated to complete summer of 2023.
