Barton Malow and M. B. Kahn Seeking Qualified Contractors for MUSC Indian Land Hospital and Medical Office Building Project December 2, 2024

Barton Malow Builders | M. B. Kahn, A Joint Venture (BM+MBK) is seeking interest from qualified contractors for the Site/Civil/Utilities Scope of Work for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) – Indian Land Hospital and Medical Office Building Project. This project consists of a 30 +/- acre site development for The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). This site development will be the future site for a new medical campus for MUSC and will consist of both a new hospital and medical office building (MOB). The hospital project will consist of an estimated 154,000 SF hospital including a basement, 2-story podium and a 2-story bed tower. The MOB project will consist of an estimated 62,000 SF medical office building inclusive of a linear accelerator, radiation oncology, infusion, primary care as well as other critical services. This solicitation is for the Site/Civil/Utility Scope of Work only. Additional program elements are expected to be added to this scope of work at a future date such as road improvements and signalization to Hwy. 521.
