M. B. Kahn Construction, LLC is delighted to announce the promotion of Bret Estridge, LEED AP, to the position of President as of January 1st, 2025. Previously serving as Executive Vice President, Bret has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, having successfully managed well over $2 billion in high-profile construction projects throughout his 22-year career. In this new role, Bret will leverage his extensive experience to advance the company’s strategic direction, enhance client relationships, optimize operational performance, and drive financial success.

Bret holds a degree in construction management with a minor in business administration from East Carolina University. Recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the Charlotte Business Journal, Bret is celebrated for his impactful contributions to his community. He is a graduate of Leadership Charlotte Class 36 and maintains several industry credentials, including the LEED Accredited Professional and a GC License from the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies. Bret is also an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
