Barton Malow and M. B. Kahn Seeking Interest From Qualified Contractors for MUSC Indian Land Medical Office Building Project January 15, 2025

Barton Malow Builders | MB Kahn, A Joint Venture (BM+MBK) is seeking interest from qualified contractors for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) – Medical Office Building Project located within the 9200 block of Hwy. 521 in Indian Land, South Carolina. This project will consist of an estimated 62,000 SF building inclusive of a linear accelerator, radiation oncology, infusion, primary care as well as other critical services. This solicitation is for all Scope(s) of Work with the exception of Site / Civil / Utilities, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural Steel which have already been awarded. This project is scheduled to have a limited groundbreaking in late March 2025 with the main scopes of work associated with this solicitation starting late Quarter 3, 2025.
