AIA SC Design-Build Award May 16, 2016

The design-build team, which includes M. B. Kahn, was awarded an AIA SC Design Award in the 2014 “Unbuilt” category for their R2I2 project, located in Northeast Columbia, SC. The Richland School District Two project will provide a space for students, parents, faculty, and the entire community to come together. The building will house learning labs, academic support offices, a Richland County Library branch, and a professional conferencing center, and it’s scheduled for completion in the fall of 2016.
