Lowman Home White Rock, South Carolina

This project consisted of additions and renovations to the existing Daily Life Center at the Lowman Home. The 3,500-square-foot addition created space for a new indoor swimming pool and spa along with showers, locker rooms, and rooms for the pool and mechanical equipment. The project also included remodeling 18,200 square feet of existing space to create a wellness center for the community. These renovations reconfigured this area to provide exercise and aerobics rooms, therapy and massage suites, new toilets, and activity rooms along with a beauty salon, library, music room, new main and auxiliary dining rooms, staff offices, and new lobby and reception.
