The scope of this project included renovating the 14,000-square-foot space for the purpose of accommodating the construction of a new Class 100 Clean room, which was necessary to facilitate the installation of a new PTS Automation Line. This project included full redundancy and the necessary HVAC equipment needed for the approximately 80 fan-powered HEPA filters needed to supply approximately 80,000 cfm. M. B. Kahn provided a full range of construction services including supervision and management of daily construction activities, schedule development updating and control, submittal review and coordination, proposed change order pricing and advisement to the owner and design team, implementation of owner directed changes, and project close-out and owner training.
