This 161,534-square-foot manufacturing facility includes 16,147 square feet of office and training space as well as 145,387 square feet of manufacturing and distribution space. This design/build project was constructed of a structural steel frame, insulated precast concrete walls, a single-ply membrane roof, 26’ clear height ceilings, 6” and 10” floors, and 10 truck docks. The entire facility has HVAC.
