Lexington Medical Center Clinical Expansion Topping Out Ceremony November 13, 2017
Lexington Medical Center and Brasfield & Gorrie hosted a “Topping Out” celebration for all the contributors and workers on the LMC Clinical Expansion Project. They collected signatures from those in attendance on the beam before raising it up and placing it while “America the Beautiful” was playing the background. The hosts served lunch from Hudson Barbecue and gave out door prizes.
As part of the project team’s commitment to the community, the companies had an opportunity to support the Lexington Medical Center Foundation through their Linda’s Love fund. The fund provides 3-D mammography testing to patients that would otherwise be unable to afford it. All the administrative costs to run the program are paid for by Lexington Medical Center so they can maximize the services provided to the community.
