Deerfield Elementary School Lexington, South Carolina

This 132,600-square-foot elementary school was designed for 800 students and houses students in grades K-5. M. B. Kahn provided full preconstruction and construction phase services under a “construction management” contract, which also included Guaranteed Price/Cost Savings provisions. Deerfield Elementary School is Lexington One’s most recent LEED-certified school and has been LEED® Silver Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. M. B. Kahn has also delivered five new elementary schools for this district since 2008.
