Whitfield County Schools Dalton, Georgia
M. B. Kahn provided full program management services as well as a facility study. This included assisting the school district with hiring architects, engineers, and bidding of all projects. M. B. Kahn worked with the team to program the schools and ensure educational goals were met. Advisement on phasing projects was also provided according to cash flow projections.

- New Cedar Ridge Elementary School (600 students) – Cost $20,100,000

- Dug Gap Elementary School – Cost $2,200,000 – Additions & Renovations
- Eastside Elementary School – Cost $500,000 – Renovations
- Varnell Elementary School – Cost $3,200,000 – Renovations
- Northwest High School – Cost $3,700,000 – Renovations
- Southeast High School – Cost $2,700,000 – Renovations
