River Park Recreation Area Rock Hill, South Carolina

River Park’s 70 acres along the Catawba River offer a place to enjoy miles of trails as well as river access. For this project, completed for the City of Rock Hill, M. B. Kahn provided site clearing, erosion control, site grading, roadway construction, site utility installation, concrete paving, fencing, and roadway and guard rail installation, as well as contruction of retaining walls, a public restroom, and a wood frame multi-use pavilion. M. B. Kahn also constructed a grinder pump station, force main, potable water line, and electrical duct bank.
