The facility features load-bearing tilt-up wall panels with insulation applied to the interior wall, conventional steel framing, and a 6” thick polyfiber reinforced slab-on-grade. The facility has 17 dock doors and 41 knock-outs for future expansions. A 120,000 gallon water storage tank with an electric fire pump is installed to support an ESFR sprinkler system throughout the facility.
