Zeus – Gaston Gaston, SC

M. B. Kahn constructed a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for Zeus Company Inc. which included a toned and sandblasted pre-cast panel exterior walls on a conventional steel building. It was designed to include an abundance of natural light and features 170,000 SF of manufacturing space and 38,000 SF of office/support space on an enclosed mezzanine. The facility includes heavy electrical processes, chilled and hot water HVAC systems with specialized refrigeration systems, and ISO Class 7 Clean Rooms.
