Zeus – Chattanooga Chattanooga, TN

M. B. Kahn assembled a Design-Build team to renovate an existing 143,000 SF industrial building with offices for Zeus Company Inc. The project included selective interior demolition, new interior walls and finishes, selective re-use of existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure, and the installation of new systems and fixtures for the client’s manufacturing and administrative processes. This project was constructed in two phases with a temporary area being completed for Zeus to begin their manufacturing process quickly, and then a larger, permanent space was completed amid the ongoing operations.
