M. B. Kahn was selected to build this 50,000 SF speculative building for the Santee Electric Cooperative. The building features a conventional steel frame with non-load bearing precast concrete walls and a TPO roof with roof hatch access. A 20’ x 20’ fully electric drive-in door allows for material and products to easily move in and out of the facility. Accent reveals made into the precast walls and the deep blue accent color give this facility a unique and appealing style for prospective tenants.
