M. B. Kahn welcomes Craig Floyd as Executive Vice President. Craig brings a wealth of knowledge
to the role, having successfully managed an extensive portfolio of construction projects over his 25-year career. His
expertise spans a variety of sectors, including higher education, K-12 schools, commercial buildings, multi-family
residences, and healthcare facilities. In addition to project management, Craig is well-versed in the intricacies of growing
and scaling construction companies. At M. B. Kahn, Craig will apply his management experience to oversee construction
activities beginning in programming through design, preconstruction, construction, and commissioning phases.

Craig has a degree in building construction from Virginia Tech. His commitment to the field extends beyond his formal

Contractors. He proudly supports his alma mater and the next generation of builders through guest lectures and
presentations at the Virginia Tech Myers-Lawson School of Construction. His involvement in industry organizations and
educational endeavors highlights his commitment to continuous learning and development, both for himself and for
