Barton Malow and M. B. Kahn Seeking Interest for MUSC Indian Land Hospital Project February 12, 2025

Barton Malow | M. B. Kahn, A Joint Venture (BM+MBK) is seeking interest for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) – Indian Land Hospital Project. This project will be a new campus for MUSC and is located in Indian Land, SC. The hospital will consist of a 153,912 SF hospital including a basement, 2-story podium, 2-story bed tower as well as exterior support spaces located around the loading dock area as well as on the roof. Additional program elements may be added to, deleted from, or requested to be separated from the scope at BM+MBK’s and/or MUSC’s discretion.
