Footings are in for the new Dorchester 4 Middle School and concrete is being poured this week to lay the foundation for the 120,000 square foot facility. The school is expected to be open fall 2023!

We have officially broken ground on the Guilford I-40 Industrial Center in Greensboro, NC! The new 340,750 SF speculative building will have a 7″ concrete slab, insulated precast wall panels, conventional steel framing, R-20 TPO roof system, and 46 dock positions.
