M. B. Kahn provided Program Management services to include an aggressive local business participation program. Our team achieved a total of 75% local business participation on these publicly bid projects. All projects were completed under budget. All of the cost savings were returned to the School District, which used the savings to complete $9,200,000 worth of additional projects not originally planned. The program included a new high school and 10 addition and renovation projects at the District’s existing elementary and middle schools.
