This 63,000.00-square-foot school was the first new school built in Camden in 47 years. The school serves 4th through 6th grades. Although bids were accepted in late 2006 during a period of rapidly escalating construction costs, our pre-construction department, by analyzing the regional construction market, was able to determine a realistic budget for the project, and brought actual costs in under budget.
