For this combined elementary/middle school, the historical portion of the existing facility remains. The existing portion received selective demolition and complete interior renovation. The gymnasium and annex building were demolished. New construction included a kitchen/cafeteria, a multi‐purpose room, and media center. Total renovation and the new building areas amount to 67,060 square feet for a 500 student capacity.
