M. B. Kahn completed a District-wide Facility Needs Study, consisting of school evaluations, cost estimating, and a recommendations report for 12 elementary schools, 4 middle schools, 2 high schools, and 1 Career & Technology Center. The District’s enrollment at the time of the study was approximately 9,100. The School District placed a Bond Referendum on the ballot, which was approved by voters at a highly successful rate of 71% “Yes.” Major projects funded include a new Career & Technology Center, a replacement elementary school, as well as improvements at all other schools.
