Crown Health Care Laundry

M. B. Kahn worked as the Design-Build partner for Crown Health Care Laundry Services to build their first South Carolina facility. This project was an upfit and expansion of an existing 50,000 SF speculative building in Lee County that was constructed previously by M. B. Kahn. The 9,600 SF expansion included underpinning the existing building’s foundation to construct deep pits and install new docks.
Constructing the Crown facility required extensive coordination between M. B. Kahn and the Owner due to the facility’s complex processes and state-of-the-art equipment.
