MEDAC Office Parking Garage North Augusta, South Carolina
To spur economic growth in their community, the City of North Augusta is developing a private/public mixed-use development that will include offices, retail space, a hotel, and a minor league baseball stadium. The 600-space, 210,036-square-foot Medac Office parking garage provides the parking infrastructure required to support all of these facets of the development. It is prominently located at the main entry to the development and serves as the lynch pin that makes all of the other elements possible. M. B. Kahn served as CM-at-risk for this project.
