Midlands Technical College Accelerator Building Columbia, South Carolina

Located on Midlands Technical College’s Northeast Campus, this facility is a flexible multi‐bay building designed to simultaneously accommodate several emerging businesses, industries or technologies as each ramps up for initial production. Once the company perfects its production techniques and is ready to leave the second‐tier incubation stage, it will be positioned to permanently locate elsewhere on the 150-acre Enterprise Campus. The 25,725‐square‐foot one‐story building with four‐bay facility and support spaces is ready for customizing. Concrete slab on grade, CMU exterior wall with brick veneer, steel framing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical were integral to the scope of this project.
