Moultrie Middle School Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina

This two-story, fully-sprinklered 123,872-square-foot building is constructed of structural steel with limited load-bearing masonry with brick veneer. Construction included attached kitchen and dining, multi-purpose and band rooms, and a gymnasium. Moultrie Middle School is the winner of two awards: “Special Recognition Award for Site Programming and Planning” given by the South Carolina Chapter of CEFPI (Council of Educational Facilities Planners International) and the “Architectural Design Award for Best in Category New Construction – Middle School” given by the Southeastern Regional of CEFPI.
