The project site had several rocky areas that had to be blasted and drilled to complete the site work. The facility is constructed with tilt-wall concrete panels, structural steel frame, and a TPO roof. Filled from end-to-end with a racking system, this facility features a 5,500 SF office area, a customer lobby, and a battery charging station. The truck court features 30 manual dock doors with 2 drive-in doors.
