Richland County Recreation Commission Columbia, South Carolina

Phase I of this project includes program management services for various projects, including park additions, renovations, and new playground equipment. M. B. Kahn was selected by the Commission to continue services for Phase II, which included a new headquarters building and additional recreation projects. The new 16,000-square-foot headquarters complex is located on Parklane Road and includes a 5,000-square-foot maintenance building.
