Richland County voters passed a $59 million bond referendum to build new libraries and update existing branches to better match the way customers need and use the library today. M. B. Kahn is providing comprehensive Project Management services, including community input sessions, design reviews, cost estimating, bid strategy, and on site construction monitoring.

Blythewood is steeped in history, the arts, and a sense of community. The renovation project honors these qualities while addressing the need for more meeting and programming space. The expanded library enhances the customer experience for readers, LegoTM builders, and history buffs. The $2 million renovation project included reconfiguration of the existing 4,000 square-foot facility and additional square footage for:
