Seibels Building Renovation Columbia, South Carolina

Seibels is the oldest original corporation still in operation in Columbia. In their successful effort to honor this history and upgrade their facilities, they teamed with M. B. Kahn to provide a historical renovation. This 112,000 square foot renovation was delivered utilizing a Design/Build contracting approach. A multi-phased construction schedule minimized impact on the fully occupied functioning facility.
