Towne Place at Greenbrier is a mixed-use lifestyle center located just off I-64 and the Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, Virginia. Totaling 140,000 square feet, the center is a shopping, dining, and entertainment destination which boasts variety of upscale retailers, services, and restaurants. The village-like setting also offers convenience to the Hyatt Place Hotel. A new residential component comprising of more than 200 upscale luxury apartments opened in 2011.
