Trane Columbia, South Carolina

Since 2006, M. B. Kahn has completed multiple projects for Trane. The first project included renovations to the existing manufacturing plant and offices including concrete demolition and replacement, power wash cleaning, painting, and epoxy flooring, as well as mechanical and electrical infrastructure renovations and replacement. Subsequent projects included 4 penthouse projects that required demolishing the roof in order to permanently raise the structural steel bays 25’ above the existing roof elevation to allow for fin press installation and operation without interrupting owner production. In addition, M. B. Kahn has also completed multiple office renovations, renovated an existing kitchen into a quality lab and oil storage shed and a tractor trailer parking area.
