Zeus – Aiken Aiken, SC

M. B. Kahn was selected by Zeus Company Inc. to renovate and expand their Aiken manufacturing facility. This 75,251 SF renovation, including a 15,000 SF addition, was constructed amid ongoing operations and required close coordination between Zeus and the M. B. Kahn team to maintain the schedule and prevent interruptions to the production flow. The renovation included new employee amenities such as a gym, nurse station, breakroom, and a larger office and reception area. The manufacturing space included H3 occupancies and ISO Class 7 clean rooms.
