M. B. Kahn has a systematic approach to our construction management services that we have refined over many years and hundreds of projects. We provide you with an efficient business administration methodology and the necessary experienced leadership. We also offer coordination of design consultants, contractors, and vendors so that the total program is implemented professionally and cost effectively. A large percent of the savings provided by a construction manager are gained during the preconstruction stage. We are typically able to save 5-15% of the program’s cost through preconstruction services and by eliminating unnecessary change orders. This is why we note that it’s best to hire your construction manager prior to or along with the architect selection process.
